Tolono Halloween Parade and Trunk or Treat on Sunday, October 27 — “Mysterious & Spooky!”
- The Halloween Parade (no walkers, please) will start at 2pm across from Arbor Rose. (Parade line-up starts at 1:45.)
- Local Girl Scouts are planning their 3-5pm “Trunk or Treat” event at East Side Park where the parade wraps up.
