All are welcome to join Urbana Park District and La Casa Cultural Latina from UIUC to decorate and learn about the significance of sugar skulls! Sugar skulls are just part of the traditions of Dia de los Muertos, a cultural celebration to honor and commune with those who have passed on. Preparing for Dia de los Muertos on campus on November 1, we will be decorating traditional and modern sugar skulls while learning about different Day of the Dead celebrations all over the world.
