Looking for a way to give back to the community this holiday season? Jubilee Cafe is a home cooked meal served restaurant style every Monday evening from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Jubilee Cafe is open and free to anyone needing a meal or looking for fellowship. The program is run by volunteers both from the church and community, many of which are UIUC students. Most of the UIUC student volunteers will be leaving campus for winter break from December 20 – January 20.
With the UIUC students away, there are many opportunities to help at Jubilee Cafe on the Mondays of winter break:

Monday, January 13
Monday, January 20
Monday, January 27
Jubilee Cafe is an excellent opportunity for volunteers age 14 and over to serve guests in a restaurant style format. All volunteers must wear closed toed shoes, a black t-shirt (writing on the shirt is ok), and follow directions frorm the Jubilee Cafe Managers. Long hair must be tied back.
