Get the kids outside this winter at Hot Chocolate Hikes on Jan. 15, Feb. 5 and March 4.
Children and their guardians are invited to join mother-daughter team Bridget and Rose Frerichs to discover the joys of Allerton in winter. Each adventure will feature a different part of the Park, a stop for hot chocolate and a story around the campfire. Kids will be encouraged to run, play and ask questions about their discoveries.
Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 3:30 p.m.: Meet at the Greenhouse Café for a hike to the Centaur
Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 1:30 p.m.: Meet at the McDonald Family Trailhead to discover the Lost Garden
Tuesday, March 4 at 9:30 a.m.: Meet in the Main Parking Lot to explore the Wandering Woods and Fu Dog Garden
$5/person (adults free with registered child).
