Help children and teens make safe decisions online and understand the impact of their online actions. This digital safety presentation and discussion will be led by an Internet Safety Specialist from the Illinois Attorney General’s Office and will include trending technology and sites, use of social media, direct message and gaming apps, safe settings to protect online accounts, sexting, sextortion, resources and reporting, and other safety recommendations.
Enjoy refreshments and time to chat before and after the presentation, plus ask questions. Part of the Growing Together series for parents.
