The Monticello Music Boosters and Illinois Central School Bus present the annual Freedom Fest Shuttle Bus, leaving from both the Monticello Middle School & the Sievers Center parking lot at Monticello High School starting at 5:30pm. Busses will leave routinely and travel out to Lodge Park to drop you off to experience the Freedom Fest and the fireworks. The last shuttle bus depart at 8:30pm, so don’t miss it! Once the fireworks are over, the shuttles will load up and take people back to their boarding location. Assisting people onto the bus will be volunteers from the Music Boosters and parents of students in the music program.
The suggested donation to ride the shuttle is $3 a person or $10 per family, which benefits the Monticello Music Boosters.
Don’t mess with parking and traffic! Load up your family, coolers, bags, wagons, collapsible wheelchairs and more and leave the parking and driving to them! Unfortunately they can’t accommodate powered mobility devices. If you have any questions, please email monticello.musicboosters@gmail.com
