We have compiled a great list of brunch spots in the Champaign-Urbana area where your family can relax and enjoy a delicious Easter feast on April 20. Reservations are recommended at many locations. We suggest calling ahead. All information included in this post was accurate at time of publishing and reflects a nod toward non-chain establishments.

Want a delicious Easter meal for your family?
Choose from Bacon Wrapped Pork Loin, Apricot Glazed Ham or Vegetarian Parmesan Spinach Gnocchi
Piato’s is offering a special Easter menu complete with many favorites – pork loin, ham or a vegetarian gnocchi with sides and vegetable options, too. Each meal is fully cooked and just needs to be reheated. All orders must be placed by noon on Apr. 16. They must be picked up between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on April 19; delivery is available for a $10 fee. For more information on the Easter menu, click here.

Baxters American Grille, 100 Trade Center Dr., Champaign: Serving brunch on April 20 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Whether you’re craving sweet, savory, or something in between, they’ve got your taste buds covered. $42 for adults, $21 for kids 12 and under. Be sure to make a reservation online.
Big Grove Tavern, 1 E. Main St., Champaign: Big Grove Tavern will offer its full brunch from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. It is highly recommended to make a reservation (inside or on the patio if the weather is nice) here or by calling (217) 239-3505.
Firefly Grill, 1810 Avenue of Mid-America, Effingham: If you’re up for an hour-long drive south, then Firefly Grill is the place to be on Easter. Served from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., reservations are HIGHLY encouraged as it is one of its busiest days of the year. It will be serving full brunch and dinner menus, plus some specials. Reserve your table online.
Neil St. Blues, 301 N. Neil St. Suite 106, Champaign: For $40/person, enjoy Easter Brunch Buffet from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Official seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.; walk-ins welcome after 2:30 p.m. Buffet includes all you can eat chicken and waffles, marinated lamb chops, biscuits and gravy, honey glazed ham, sage cornbread dressing, candied yams and so much more. With everything always made from scratch, come get a taste of the South. Make your reservations now!
Silvercreek, 402 N Race St., Urbana: Serving an Easter brunch buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adults are $55 and children 3-12 are $20 (plus tax). Reservations are highly recommended; this brunch always fills up fast! Call the restaurant at (217) 328-3402 to reserve your seating.
Carry Out Option
Piato Catering, 804 E. Main St., Urbana: Easter meals available including pork loin, ham, parmesan spinach gnocchi, sides, veggies, desserts, bread and more. Meals must be preordered by April 16 and picked up on April 19.

Big Thorn Farm & Brewery, 14274 E 600 North Road, Georgetown: Big Thorn had a special Easter brunch menu last year from The Truck, their on-site food truck, along with hand-crafted beer and beermosas.. No reservations needed, plenty of outdoor seating available.
Harvest Market Farmhouse Restaurant, 2029 S. Neil St., Champaign: Come enjoy the brunch buffet on Easter Sunday at Harvest Market. The usual Sunday buffet includes classic brunch items like eggs and waffles, but last year, Easter featured a shrimp cocktail station, carving station, and a huge assortment of baked goods. Sip on complimentary water, iced tea & lemonade, or order a special beverage from the Mezzanine Bar (mimosas, local beer, and spring cocktails). The buffet will be first come, first serve and dine-in only. No reservations will be accepted.
