The last weekend before Christmas is here and for those who celebrate, we wish you all things merry
Families can choose from many events and activities happening this weekend in Champaign-Urbana
Predictably, this weekend has far fewer events than we’re used to seeing on December weekends. Never fear, we have a list of ideas of things you can do during winter break, if you need it. We also have the ever important list of places to eat on Christmas. And of course you can always drive around and see lights.
However you spend this weekend, we wish you well and hope that you have a wonderful (and maybe even a little quiet and peaceful) few days ahead.

Prepare to illuminate the holiday season during Winter Nights at Prairie Farm. This free, immersive experience begins the Friday after Thanksgiving and runs through the first of the new year. Experience the magic of the season with festive light displays adorning the picturesque farm. On Friday and Saturday nights, guests can warm up with complimentary hot cocoa.
