This winter weekend is full of options and brings the month of February to a close

This winter has been MILD for the most part, but even still, we can’t help but be a teensy bit glad to propel towards spring and summer, too. Now is the time to sign up for those summer camps, pencil in the egg hunts and snag a pool pass at a discounted price. Remember, you can do all of those things while heating up a big batch of hot cocoa and enjoying the end of the winter season in C-U.

Come out for Countryside School’s Middle School Admissions Webinar (entering grades 6-8) Tuesday, March 5 at 7 p.m. Virtually visit their classrooms, hear from their faculty and current middle school students, learn about how to apply, and have the opportunity to submit questions.

Sunday, February 25, 3-4:30 p.m.
Join Christie Clinic and chambanamoms at the Martens Center on Sunday, February 25 from 3 – 4:30pm for an afternoon of free family fun!
During the event time only, get free admission to the interactive gaming area of the Martens Center to play active, indoor games with your family and friends. We will also have a special Leap Year craft for kids, plus purchase some food at Flour and Fire Wood-Fired Pizza truck to take home or enjoy outside!
This event is for kids of all ages and their families. Special thanks to Christie Clinic for sponsoring this event, and the Champaign Park District for hosting us at the Martens Center!

Camp of the Week – Indian Acres Swim Club
Indian Acres Swim Day Camp is the longest standing day camp in the C-U area, known for its excellence in swim instruction. They meet your child in their current skills and work with them at their level to increase confidence and ability in the water. Now offering a full day option in addition to their very popular 1/2 day option! Indian Acres Swim Day Camp is a traditional outdoor camp that focuses on physical activity and fun!
