The Virginia Theatre in Champaign will host the dangers and delights of Dinosaur World Live at 6 p.m. on Jan. 24.
The interactive show will offer a password-protected pre-sale for tickets starting at 10 a.m. Oct. 25. Use password DINO. Click here for details. Tickets range from $19.50 to $39.50 (plus fee). Regular ticket sales begin at 10 a.m. on Oct. 27.
Dinosaur World Live is a 50-minute show plus a 15-minute post-show meet-and-greet with the dinosaurs. Age guidance is suggested as 3+.
The experience is described thusly: “Grab your compass and join our intrepid explorer across uncharted territories to discover a pre-historic world of astonishing (and remarkably life-like) dinosaurs. Meet a host of impressive creatures, including every child’s favorite flesh-eating giant, the Tyrannosaurus Rex, a Triceratops, Giraffatitan, Microraptor and Segnosaurus.”
