CoreLife Eatery, an active lifestyle restaurant offering a variety of greens, grains and broth-based dishes, will open its Champaign location on March 23.
Located at 2512 N. Prospect Avenue in Champaign — adjacent to Blaze Pizza — CoreLife offers “scratch-made every day” bowls that you can create from various ingredients, including proteins, vegetables and sauces, in a fast-casual atmosphere.
CoreLife Eatery offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients that are transformed into custom-created dishes. All foods are free of trans fats, artificial colors, sweeteners, other artificial additives and GMO’s. According to CoreLife, the chicken and steak used are sustainably raised and never given antibiotics or hormones, and the bone broth is slow simmered all day for maximum taste and nutrition.
CoreLife has locations in nine states. The Champaign location will be the second in Illinois, joining Peoria. The company said it plans to open Illinois stores in Normal, Springfield and Downers Grove later this year.
To celebrate its commitment to wellness and the community, CoreLife will host a Donation Day from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on March 22. Guests can pay whatever they would like for their meal and all funds will be donated to the Daily Bread Soup Kitchen of Champaign-Urbana.
