I’m going to keep this short and sweet. I have an airplane to catch.
You’ll have to live without me for the next two Fridays. My hubby and I are skipping town and we’re leaving our phones and laptops — and infertility woes — with all of you in Chambana.
We’re headed south of the border. And we can’t get to the airport fast enough. On my packing list — passports, sunscreen and that cute fedora and bikini I bought at Target last month.
Not on my packing list—condoms. Olé!
Taking this baby-making break has been great for me — for us. I appreciate you allowing us to recharge our batteries. I promise to be back in the saddle (giggle) right after Independence Day.
Here’s to TWO WHOLE WEEKS of tequila sunrises…Adios!
The Wannabe Mom has been trying to conceive for more than a year and was recently diagnosed with unexplained infertility. She and her husband live and work in Champaign, and they desperately want to drive a Toyota Sienna minivan someday. We’ll be following her journey, so buckle up and get ready to cry with her — and cheer her on, too.
